Having woken up to no hot water or heating, I contacted M&R plumbing as they opened. The lady I spoke to was friendly and very accommodating and managed to put me in the diary for the same morning. The engineer who visited was friendly and chatty and made me feel at ease that he would be able to resolve the issue. He identified the problem immediately and had the necessary part with him, which he fitted. The whole process from my initial phone call to fixing the problem took less than three hours. To say that I am impressed with the speed and efficiency of the service is an understatement and definitely 5*. A great friendly local company.

Excellent, very professional company. No hot water this morning, came round the same day and repaired the fault immediately and took time to explain the problem and showed me the parts of the water tank that I needed to understand. We picked M&R because they quoted professionally, they are a local business not a national company and they had been recommended. They were even better than we expected and installing a new boiler during Covid and in Winter was challenging for them. Their lads were great and everything Michael said they would do they did. I cannot recommend they highly enough.

Called out Mick and the lads for a serious boiler fault and was treated to a excellent breakdown of what was wrong with the boiler and the cost to repair, having decided to go ahead with a new boiler installation, I was surprised with their efficiency and professionalism. The boiler was completed in the exact time frame that they specified and with minimum fuss or bother. The house was left spotless afterwards. Cant thank mick enough for coming out today (Sunday). After being let down by two other engineers in over a week mick turned up today fixed the problem with the boiler in about an hour. What a cracking service ..our boiler broke on Sunday .we contacted the team and by wed our new boiler was installed and we were up and running ..3 of them worked till 7 at night to make sure we was warm and had hot water ..all very polite ..they left no mess and made sure we had full knowledge of how to use our new system..we now have peace and mind for the next 10 years thanks the their full 10 year parts and labour cover Thanks to you all . Excellent service, called the office at 5.30pm with what I thought was a fault and was at my door at 6 30pm to sort out, whilst there sorted the issue and happily carried out the annual service to save me money, price was competitive and work carried out satisfactorily. Will definitely be calling these for my next year's service. Highly recommended.
