Excellent, very professional company. No hot water this morning, came round the same day and repaired the fault immediately and took time to explain the problem and showed me the parts of the water tank that I needed to understand. This is the second time I have used this company and will certainly use them again as they are extremely helpful and very efficient.
M & R Plumbing & Heating were very professional and extremely helpful. We had originally sought a quote for a new boiler as we had thought our boiler was beyond repair but Mick was able to fix our current boiler at a very reasonable price.

We picked M&R because they quoted professionally, they are a local business not a national company and they had been recommended. They were even better than we expected and installing a new boiler during Covid and in Winter was challenging for them. Their lads were great and everything Michael said they would do they did. I cannot recommend they highly enough.

Brilliant and professional service from Mick and his team, fitted an outside tap but explained step by step the difference between a reputable engineer and your local handy which gives you piece of mind with having a family in the house , buy cheap buy twice comes to mind , thanks again ,will recommend and use again 🙌
Small job, replacing Stop tap and outside tap that wouldn't turn off. Very pleased with how quick the job was done and Lindsay kept in touch. Would recommend.
Brilliant ! Mick and the lads did a marvellous job replacing my old boiler with a new one. All was carefully explained to me from the start and the job was done on time in the allotted hours given. Called out Mick and the lads for a serious boiler fault and was treated to a excellent breakdown of what was wrong with the boiler and the cost to repair, having decided to go ahead with a new boiler installation, I was surprised with their efficiency and professionalism. The boiler was completed in the exact time frame that they specified and with minimum fuss or bother. The house was left spotless afterwards. I can highly recommend this company for anybody wanting to service or replace their hot water system.
Cant thank mick enough for coming out today (Sunday). After being let down by two other engineers in over a week mick turned up today fixed the problem with the boiler in about an hour. What a cracking service ..our boiler broke on Sunday .we contacted the team and by wed our new boiler was installed and we were up and running ..3 of them worked till 7 at night to make sure we was warm and had hot water ..all very polite ..they left no mess and made sure we had full knowledge of how to use our new system..we now have peace and mind for the next 10 years thanks the their full 10 year parts and labour cover Thanks to you all . Excellent service, called the office at 5.30pm with what I thought was a fault and was at my door at 6 30pm to sort out, whilst there sorted the issue and happily carried out the annual service to save me money, price was competitive and work carried out satisfactorily. Will definitely be calling these for my next year's service. Highly recommended.
